LuckyStart (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all members who use our services.

• If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out when your session is over.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.

LuckyStart is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is caused by a fault in our system.

LuckyStart supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Detailed rules regarding financial transactions are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal via mobile banking: ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

A confirmation SMS will be sent once any transaction is completed. If a transaction fails for any reason, a full refund will be processed automatically within 24 hours.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on LuckyStart:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a live bet is cancelled due to a network issue, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided.
• LuckyStart reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Placing identical bets on the same match from multiple accounts is prohibited.

Sports Betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant international sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute, LuckyStart's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckyStart. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the betting system.
• Collusion — multiple users working together to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Fraud or impersonation using the LuckyStart name.

LuckyStart believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not stressful. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits directly from your account.
• You can put your account on hold at any time through self-exclusion if you feel you need a break.
• If you feel like you're going through a rough patch, our support team is here to help.
• Never gamble with borrowed money or funds set aside for essentials.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

LuckyStart may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If a member is found to be underage.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

• Complex matters may take up to 30 days to resolve.
• For transaction-related disputes, complaints must be submitted within 90 days of the date of the request.

If a matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties may agree to seek the assistance of a neutral third-party mediator.
